Over paid? Still a great deal. 1.43 billion is alot of  $$$.
Just a feeling if it does not turn out. Many players in the area now.

The age-old question. In 2004 it was thought that Encana overpaid for Tom Brown Inc. ($2.3 billion). Now Ovintiv, is over $70. It all depends on the price of oil and gas.

Yes, it's a bet on the future. They are great assets and I think Brian paid about what they were worth at $85 oil.  It's an incredible deal at $100 oil and looks expensive at $65 oil.  So the answer to your question is: Where do you think oil is going? I think we will be over $100 before the end of the year for a prolonged period of time. Several years. It would have been nice
