The cardium unit provides 97 million of fcf with very little capital needed to stay flat due to low decline says Brian..TVE has three legs.Clearwater,waterflood and charlie lake.Cardium is not part of that but he wont sell it while it is such a big part of 650 fcf net year.As tve gets bigger he says they will get off of it.So it looks like assets sales in the shrot term will be from other ...more

Charlie lake is turning out to be bigger than they thought.When they bought it I remember the company saying they planned to drill 17 wells a year, keep production flat, and milk the fcf.Witth the discovery that the upper charlie lake is economic and tuckin land deals inventory has grown to the point that they will be looking at upping production in the future.
