Most analyst have TVE $6-$7......Eric has this at $12, 160% up plus the divy...I'll hang in another year or so..

We've been hearing this for a while now, no? Fair value just means wait and see what the market wants to pay for it based on macro conditions in a hawkish environment. I like the guy, but his thesis assumes a perfect world and economy.
