Makes no sense, or ironically too much sense, that the PM of Canada, who is in charge and controls of both, TMX and CER, doesn't care about the two years delay. Definetely, his minister of environment, Steven Guilbeault, a former green peace activist and extremist according to some people, cares even less.  Both are climate change warriors with little, or no knowledge of the law of

Neither Guilbeault nor Trudeau want  a TMX  millstone to hang around their necks in the upcoming elections.......any more than it already is.  They would love to have it up and running and sold if possible so it is no longer on the govt's ledger. I haven't wasted my time on the current arguments between TMX/CER and don't intend to in the future. My take, briefly, is that
