If dragged along for 2 years it would be a disaster.  Not just for TVE but for the entire oil patch, the provinces and for OTTAWA. The functionaries at CER have announced that they will meet on Jan 9th to reconsider the request from TMX.  Or, in other words, to heck with all yawl; we ain't gonna let anyone wreck our holidays. My bad, I missed in my recall.  "No later than Jan 9"  is the date requested by TMX for a re-think.  I was fuming under my collar when I read that.  If TMX' claim that delay would cause losses of $200million a month is valid then why not call an emergency meeting ASAP?  Why are we wasting $6.66million a DAY of Canadian taxpayers' money by kicking this
