Lets thank our lucky stars

The defining advantage for TVE ..as well as oil sands players… is having no issues with  reserve life

One of the things that is happening … money at 6% is not money at 3% and the first thing to go is exploration geology … that means that our competitors wherever it is that they may be in the world … will not be out there exploring … so a lot of stuff is not going to get discovered and a lot of properties are not going to get developed because they simply can't afford to take a 6% chance on poking holes in the ground in a mean intolerant market

With 6% money the next smooth talking presentation/deal delivered by a mid cap trying to build a firm on issuing paper and debt will be tied to the stake and burnt to the ground

Note:  We should expect some infill clearwater sections may be added / purchased in moderation

"Note:  We should expect some infill clearwater sections may be added / purchased in moderation" Tie-ins make good business sense. TVE does this well. Makes access easier and reduces paperwork. Just should be done 'in moderation'.
