if you read my post directly from the company that is explained there is a delay in buying and cancelling so they will be cancelled! Read the companys response!

These reports are presented like any financial report (debits/credits). If you view the insiders tab at the top of this page, and add all the debit entries it will add up to the negative 1.5 m cancellation entry leaving a zero balance.
