ARC Financial ownership

I have been trying to determine if ARC has finally liquidated their shares the information I have been able to determine seems to point to they still have a 5.88% ownership stake.
Does anyone have any other updated information? It's my understanding that they had a much larger ownership and were looking to liquidate, which would be a reason for the unrelenting and continuing pressure to share price with all the selling.

It seems a little more challenging since ARC is a private entity. Perhaps if anyone can get through to Eric on Friday he should know. I have never had success getting through on market call!

  When ARX last sold almost half its holdings way back when @  $4.43 it ceased being an insider.  So just like you and me it can buy or sell at any time without having to declare. Back in December there was talk here that they have dumped all their TVE shares.  We'll soon find out as both cos will be filing Y/E reports this week and that item may be buried somewhere in the

Click on the ownership button upper right side of this page. I'm not how often it's updated but I think monthly at a minimum.

Ok thx, I guess then at this point they may still own 5.88% stake as reported by Simply Wall Street is up to date information then. I was going of information that Eric has reported months back.   GLTA!
