I don't know how they get a WTI Diff of $12.45 when WTI has been trading between $85 and $86 for over a 24 hours now. By my math that puts it well over $14. I'll never understand how they calculate WTI Diff!

WCS is traded very thinly, unlike WTI so your right it can be almost like a guess at best. I just grab the numbers on Wednesday mornings from Oilsands Magazine Website. Solely for the purpose of building a trend to try and quantify the affect of TMX coming online

The WCS price is a day behind, its not live like wti.
