A paltry number of shares perhaps, but give them some credit for buying back shares around the lowest price for the month. I suspect that share buybacks had a cap price of around $3.90 for April. What will they be for May?

I agree. There may be parameters at play. If $3.90, or thereabouts was the threshold. That would mean  they, or the third party involved had about half of April to step in, and buy. Just feel NCIB is not a serious priority for management especially when you factor in the dilution of NCIB when shares issued for various management compensation is factored in. Beyond that. I'm afraid headline share repurchase numbers will be much larger then actual genuine share count reduction numbers , wish they would simply reduce debt as indicated in the framework depending on debt levels then send all the rest to shareholders in dividends , shareholders get immediate return and a lot less room for any funny business , drastic debt reduction will drive share price too . Tve last deal before Delta was wwith rolling hills They issued over 9 million shares at over 5  Buying back those shares at a discount

Perhaps he's purposely holding debt above the $900m threshold to avoid the increase in shareholder pirtion? schmidt wouldn't do that,  would he?????

Well, in past years, management is not the champion for shareholders , Schmidt and co have an agenda whilst somewhat aligned to shareholders they deviate on serveral past occasions. Nutall has expressed this and is on record, however, people and circumstances change. it remains as you say, why?, Seriously, yes that's the quandary. how's about wes wait until 8/5/24 and then see
