2. Any outage and 5 buck WTI Surge

Keep the faith not far from q2 release and H2 brings 50% return of capital threshold.

The rest on debt.

I believe we will get the following in 2024:

130m on debt repayment 
82m on dividends
88m on buybacks-- 24 million shares redeemed 

Plus TVE already paid two other liabilities off in Q1 2024.

Total 300m cad
