An article that was published awhile ago about IEA issues but is still relevent today.
I find these guys are way ahead of the curve.

IEA has recently received extra funding to promote the energy transition: https://www.iea.org/news/iea-gets-major-backing-from-member-countries-to-expand-work-on-clean-energy-transitions Good to see some members of Congress challenging their position on energy. The U.S., as the largest OECD country, is probably a major donor. Not guaranteed if Trump is elected.
