Happy to be bought out this am could TVE be a target for a big fish

Yah I'm not sure how to measure that. Crew had low debt low shares gas weighted with massive reserves. So apples and oranges really...

The number on paper looks big but not given what crews assets are Mike rose knows this that's why he made the move.

Every time I have gotten bought out I feel ripped off because I know the value of the company is much higher than the buyout price. Would be like TVE being bought out at 6.00 when I believe it will be at least 12.00 in a couple of years. 6.00 is just too low. Having said that owning TOU would be a good thing for me and be okay.

Absolutely agree .  I felt the same way when IMG bought out vanstar at a low price but the offer was all in IMG paper  at what I thought was a low valuation for both companies.  Fast forward to today and it has been a great ride
