As a side note Cuba raised their gas and diesel prices 5 fold in February. Cuba imports most of their oil at world prices. The prices were subsidized before but now are close to what we pay. The difference is a tank of gas that we think is pricey here is a month's wages for the average Cuban. The government did not raise the price of jet fuel likely as tourism is their biggest foreign
