Aaahhhh...Maybe because neither country produces oil Until someone bombs an Iranian or Saudi oil facility there's no reason oil should respond to the up side other than basic supply demand fundamentals.

If you look at it historically it does. Moving equipment,  planes, missiles, takes fuel.
