Certainly a good point and likely correct. The Saudi's are planning to borrow money to build their dream city as current oil prices do not cover their annual budget. The plan for the dream city is to "diversify" their economy. To my thinking why would a country with 38 billion barrels of oil in one field need to "diversify" their economy? Saudi Arabia has a cost per barrel of 7 dollars to the port.    They need to sell for 135 in order to support the entire country of non workers and meet their promises .   Saudi citizens dont work at all . They may be employed but they drink tea ten times a day and then pray 2  times a day at work.   Saudia did a study years ago and estinated that saudi citizens& ...more
