tempting ... but no ... quality dirt = sleep

 
The $38 cost to produce ... I never thought it would be a factor but it's what people are going to now

Yes.  38 bucks. TVE could pay off 300m in CAD Debt now in 2 quarters if oil averages 70 usd. That would mean 500m cad in debt and 80% ROC to us.
