WCS Differentials are tight will continue.
If he puts a Tariff barrels will be diverted from the USA and sent to Asia?
A big danger for the USA?

ML, Obama administration just announced ban on drilling in Pacific and Atlantic waters, plus parts of Gulf of Mexico. Not that it will stick for long. But, short term may give Canadian producers a bump.  T
