As an illustration of how hot the southern Ontario market is... this townhouse sold recently just down Dorval drive in Oakville from Glen Abbey.

Hundreds of such homes planned for Glen Abbey, I predict buyers will be lined up down the street on the morning they open the sales office.

The obstacles put up by the Town and NIMBYites have only made our project more valuable since the original application (coming up on 5 years ago), and delayed much needed housing supply from coming online for desperate buyers.

Wow - amazing. And good point about how the delay has worked to our advantage financially and politically. Hard to imagine the greater good of the general population Re housing supply and permanent access to the valley lands won't win over a few nimbys
