This was from yesterday's commision agendas.
There was a meeting to discuss lawsuit strategy. As I said a couple posts back, I could not see how this file would not end up in litigation. 13th Floor requested a postponement at the last regular meeting. It was refused, despite the planning board not going final on the site plans.
The public meeting date was set for Nov 10. I doubt it will now occur.

	1.	Purpose
		Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), F.S. notice hereby given of an Executive Session to be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., or immediately following the close of the preceding Executive Session, in Conference Room 105, City Hall, 7525 NW 88th Avenue, Tamarac, FL 33321.
	2.	Executive Session:
		The Executive Session is set for the Commission to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy in the following case:    13th Floor Woodlands HB GP, LLC vs. the City of Tamarac, Florida: CACE-21-019013   and to take such action as they deem necessary in accordance with Florida law. A verbatim record of the Executive Session will be made part of the public record upon conclusion of the litigation. In addition to a court report, Veritext Legal Solutions, present at this session will be Max Lohman, Attorney for the City; Kathleen Gunn, Interim City Manager; Michelle J. Gomez, Mayor; Elvin Villalobos, Vice Mayor; Marlon D. Bolton, Commissioner; Mike Gelin, Commissioner; Debra Placko, Commissioner.
