The city commission went ahead, they were prohibited from voting on matters due to the injunction granted yesterday morning. I didn't bother watching the public speaking. They had 33 that wanted to do their thing. A fair amount of residents supporting were present.

This is a positive.........right? The residents who support the project,  what would be their reasoning?       Lower association fees and improved amenities?      I assume most would want NO Golf and NO development and for TWC to maintain the grass cutting and cart paths........That way they can walk the dog and ride their carts around the hood without

The permanent dedicaqtion of parks, the new homes will be of higher value, bringing up property values. They are offering a common area club house. Gates etc.etc. The place is run down. The development will fix it.
