Rounds played stats.

As TWC slides into the q 2 report. The industry numbers bode well.

Ontario is the shining star for the month of May showing a 140.5% increase in rounds played over May 2021. Favourable weather for the month and the partial month of golf in May 2021 due to COVID closures are the most likely reason for this strong showing in Ontario. Alberta is essentially flat over May 2021 (0.3%) while British Columbia, Prairies, Quebec, and Atlantic regions are all posting declines.

Meanwhile we ...more

A serviced lot in Aurora can easily go for $18k-$20k per linear foot. A 50ft serviced lot would easily be around $1m.  I have seen raw industrial land sell for $2.5m per acre in areas less prestigious than Aurora. For instance, Prologis purchased 198 acres in Bolton for $500m. My guess would be that residential land in a desirable location would be around $1.5m/acre but certainly higher ...more
