Politics
The Ontario government is going to remove land use jurisdiction from regional governments in the Gta.
The impact is significant.
Halton Region being dominated by Oakville and Burlington council members routinely blocked planning wishes of the smaller Milton.
The Head of Halton, Carr was front and center on the Mzo request for Glen Abbey.
Burton and his minions stopped Rattlesnake in the misguided notion Glen Abbey must house the Canadian Open.
Milton has long wanted Rattlesnake in the city boundaries.
Oakville etc. Blocked it as urban sprawl.
This is significant. Any course that is not in the Greenbelt with a willing City is in play. Rattlesnake is a big course.
The mgt. Needs to move quickly when the gates fall.
This really is a big tailwind.

Thank you for sharing, this could be major for TWC. This is coherent with this (from last summer) : https://edmweb.halton.ca/OnBaseAgendaOnline/Documents/ViewDocument/ClubLink%20Formal%20Comments%20on%20Growth%20Concepts%20-%20June%204%202021.pdf.pdf?meetingId=4220&documentType=Agenda&itemId=119661&publishId=69503&isSection=false

Thanks for my end. 392 acres is huge.. This map looks very close to the Ministry map. I would guess that 1 million an acre is bargin basement prices. That 392 million covers the current market price, with the cash, APR shares and the balance of the Golf Portfolio for free.
