There is an agreement to sell between Clublink and MRC.
10.33 acres and 5.9 acres.
Rental demand is described as being at record levels. 15% of the units will be offered to moderate income renters.
The plan is for 286 units ranging from 735 to 1333 sq ft.
The 4 buildings are 5 floors. There 2 row home blocks.
There will be 465 parking spaces. A 9000 sq ft clubhouse with pool.
As well, the Golf Course will get a new 7000 sq ft clubhouse and new cart storage.
There are 3 courses in Palm Aire, this is a small part of the land holding.
They are represented I believe by the same law firm 13th floor has used.
The application should not draw as much attention, no operating part of the courses are being lost.
A Guess value, 25k a door, 7 million contribution.
