A couple posts on Twitter on the Greenspace page that have the same impression. Most of the 40% agreement was struck at inoperable leading to a path of development via the planning act. Which, has already been secured by Clublink via the Ontario Land Tribunal. Clublink has a really good legal team. 1500 doors in Kanata is worth $6 a share at 100k a door. Again, this is my first
