Clearly the deal is on the rocks. The news will just get worse as the skeletons are revealed.

It's just an entity change, not material, and certainly nothing to justify 6 mths delay unless all previous due diligence is deemmed worthless. Regardless the optics are incredibly poor from any angle this stuff simply does not happen on this size of deal except in bannana republiks where the politicians or cartels force a last min change to get their cut.

There is no regulatory delay for such a small purchase LOL this is new DD at best and deal could easily go south or be heavily discounted. Last minchanges like this never happens with pros at the helm only in amateur hour in banana republics.
