I don't think much Pipestone light oil or condensate make it to PGR. The market for condensate is big enough in Alberta that it should continue to command a premium to WTI. The advantage of producing biodiesel at PGR will be generating low carbon fuel credits. In the next 12 months they're going to come to a point where they need capital to advance a larger scope biodiesel project at PGR,

They've said nothing on the Pioneer deal, I'm sure the change in purchaser didn't help. Could have something to do with the pipeline being sold to a regulated utility and added to its rate base, so it's passing through multiple regulatory agencies. Its expensive for TWM as the ebitda on the asset is essentially equal to the interest on the sale price, so that is seriously dead cap
