Is this "investment grade" deal done yet? Closing is so far behind schedule HSE sale closing time line make these guys look like bunking amateurs....they should just say the close failed and trying to find another buyer.

Probably waiting for some visibility ie light at the end of the Covid tunnel.Not likely to happen anytime soon.First,the many reactions to the vaccinations are being counted as new covid cases.And of course,the vaccines are useless vs the variants.

They are due to give us an operations update including the timeline for pipeline closing within a week or two. At that time they will also announce the release date and conference call date for Q1. Last year the update was April 17, and Q1 results May 14, so expect the same this year plus or minus a couple days. Btw, Canada is about to have an explosion of vaccines in arms this week. My

An application was just filed at the AER for the transfer of the Pioneer pipeline. The deadline to file a SoC is 5/9. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since the last filing in the AUC, so it looks like Q2 is reasonable for a decision, but yeesh.
