Can I be optimistic and say they plan to confirm the sale, along with them revising rest of year guidance up at the same time?

And FID of the renewable diesel project, expansion of Pipestone both funded by a sale of minority working interest to an unnamed PE firm at 12x EBITDA and project financing at 4.5%. Just daydreaming...

The company reply  Thanks for reaching out on below. The AUC approval was one of several requirements needed before closing of the Pioneer disposition and great to get that out of the way. We continue to move forward on final steps to close the deal by June 30, in line with our most recent guidance on Q2 timing of close. We remain on track for this guidance and plan to provide an update
