per share metrics will be hurt by the latest placements and offering. How they finance Pipestone 2 could help offset some of that down the road. I think they're in a chicken/egg situation right now trying to line up financing, which is likely dependant on take or pay arrangements with producers, which are likely contingent on financing. Sure it will get sorted out as anyone paying attention can see the upcoming infrastructure bottleneck in the region and it's in everyone's interest to get ahead of it.

Less excited about the RD facility at PGR and owning a cattle operation at the LCFS level but once it's done maybe LCFS shares go higher and TWM can sell some.

With the new issuance and the warrants trading. I suspect t this money will be funneled to build Pipestone 2. Grande Prairie is known for they rich gas stream. I wonder what will be be next, I do think they need to monopolize all the byproducts from these facilities

I think the equity offering was more about terming out some of the non credit facility debt since they couldn't do that with internally generated cash. Be nice to get a strategic partner, maybe tie the facility in to KAPS ...more

Good luck getting the steel USA just sanctioned the firm that provides 60% of ingots to the world haha. Just a dream...or multiply the price by 10 per all Canadian pipelines haha. Better off to invest in RU oil & Gas they developed more new markets in 4 months than Canada on 150 years haha.
