Birch Hill Ownership of TWM

Last numbers I saw had Birch Hill ownership of TWM at 22.3%. Most of those shares came from Altagas and they paid $1.45 for them so substantially down on this holding. BH have 2 directors on the Board and are presumably on board with the dividend cut which costs them around $9 million per year. I would love to know how BH plans to make money on their TWM investment! I am sure they know what TWM's plan is. Unfortunately most of the rest of the shareholders do not and could be in for a rough ride when the Canadian market opens again tomorrow.

Birch Hill currently owns slightly more than 96,000,000 shares.  At $.04 per share that works out to slightly less than $4,000,000 a year.  Where is the other $5,000,000 coming from? After the deal with Altagas five years ago, Birch Hill owned ...more

My error on$ amont ofBH dividend from TWM. It is around $4m per year.
