Jeremy Baines

I was also surprised at the ceo change but when I looked into Jeremy Baines background I understand why Birch hill wanted him in and Rob out. Rob was brought in to put Tidewater into a much better financial position, he has done that very well. Now, we look at how can this company get the most shareholder value possible and the answer is simple, it is to get the renewables side of the business running in the best possible way and get the possible renewables aviation fuel project in the table to either sell or expand with a partner. Birch hill is not stupid, they need one of the most qualified people in the world to take this over now and they have that in Jeremy Baines. I have provided a link of Baines discussing renewables back in 2020. Check out nesle us as well, they are out of Texas and do exactly what tidewater is trying to do now. What was Baines position there, president. He is someone that can run this ship and unlock the massive value that is currently still locked in this company. Did they announce it properly? Maybe not, but make no mistake, this appears to be the right decision to make this a valuable investment.
