1. BofD authorized a NCIB application as per Dec 22 news release. Is it usual for regulators to take 40-odd days to pull rubber stamp out of drawer and approve same?

2 How many barrels per day of renewable diesel are we now producing? It's been months since we were given a number. Is this a profound corporate secret?

3. Why did you fire your top 2 executives? Is this a profound corporate secret?

4. Does anybody in your organization (can't really say "our" organization, can I?) have the least understanding of the value of shareholder communication?

Have you sent those questions to investor relations at TWM?

Have I sent my questions to IR? No, but you are welcome to. I phoned the company back in late November with a question, there was no return call. I don't think they have a formal IR dept. I think that shareholders here are considered a nuisance. Except perhaps Birch Hill. Please let us know if these schmucks deign to talk to you with other than bafflegab. Good Luck.

I called them and left a voicemail and they called me back the same day... unfortunately I was tied up on a work call and couldn't pick up. I am hoping to call back next week. The more I digest this, the more I think that this is an issue of dissenting views on the path forward for TWM. If you come to a fundamental fork in the road, then those who aren't with the majority have to get off

They actually do have a formal IR person and I found him very approachable. This is not an IR issue though, the BOD messed this up. Assuming and hoping that there are no skeletons in the closet, if this is really just about opposing views how to take TWM/LCFS forward, then the BOD did a horrible job communicating it to the market.
