Hi folks,

It was kind of a strange press release from Tidewater Renewables this morning.

CFO resignation and Board member resignation. 

The unusual part was the reason for Mr. Adam's resignation "John Adams has resigned as a director of the Corporation due to potential future conflicts of interest identified by Mr. Adams with respect to his position".

These guys don't do themselves any favours with their press releases.

I haven't had the time to look up who this Adams characcter is and why he might be conflicted. Any insight appeciated. On a tagent, did anyone else see Birch Hill make a reasonably astute move reported in the Globe over the the last few days???

The press release made reference to potential "future" conflicts and not present ones.  The only thing Adams does is runs NGIF Capital - which is a venture cap in the cleantech space that does debt/equity financing.  NGIF might be competing against LCFS in the future, thinking about partnering up with them, who knows.  The termination of the CFO as well was put in that
