I  withheld   vote  for  all  directors   and  voted  against  all  items  EXCEPT   the  one  for   ten  reverse   split.

The Directors should be very dissapointed in themselves and the value destruction that has occurred over the past few months due to the uncertainty that now resides with the company and its ability to deliver value to shareholders. Management must come to the table with a more comprehensive plan as to what Tidewater will become and the path to getting there. I am not sure there really ever was a

I too withheld my vote for all directors and voted negatively for several other items including the share consolidarion. My experience with consolidations is that they can be very negative over the short term. If these shares were traded in the US, I suspect that there would have been a class acrion suit mounted by now!

I echo your comments, share consolidation are never good for shareholders, voted against.
