Adage was ranked third among all major hedge funds in the Institutional Investor 2016 Hedge Fund Report Card citing strong scores in Alpha generation, risk management, alignment of interest, infrastructure and independent oversight.

Interesting find.  Adage is Philip Gross's hedge fund and it is big.  The have sizeable holdings in a lot of the big tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, etc.Their 11.9% current stake in TWM is miniscule for them so I think this is simply an investment rather than being an activist investor trying to push for change (which would be nice!).

They could buy the whole thing and just keep the profits untill someone else buys it from them. They are not there JUST to invest like the rest of us imo. They tend to think bigger than that. The fact that they even know about this penny stock speaks volumes to me. I expect an announcement imminently regarding reverse split and merger into one company. Tonight ? ugh. Not looking so smart this hedge fund anymore ... I wondered what they are seeing, glad I didn't follow them ... what a nightmare...
