TWM Sell-Off but no action in Tidewater Renewables?

May be totally wrong but the fact there has been no material selling or negative sentiment in Tidewater Renewables shares over the last couple of days suggests that the high volume and share price decline in TWM is simply a large shareholder who has decided to exit rather than activity based on some negative/yet to be reported news. We will find out when the Q3 results are released whether there is something bad going on to justify this sell-off.
