Hey motivator If Torex's quarterly earnings beat analysts expectations and their forward guidance or production outlook for the year ahead is good, the stock will do ery well. One caveat is the price of gold of course. If Torex falls short of estimate it could pull back a bit. Thank you very much for the input. I ended up selling my 3000 shares this morning, for a little profit. I have found that holding a stock over earnings for me has pretty much always resulted in a loss. Especially when it has risen prior to earnings. But please don't let me influence anyone here. Motivator Good luck with your trade. I should have done the same thing last week with TSU Trisura Group. I was up $12K and held through earnings last Thursday and Friday the stock dropped over 13%. I was lucky to get out in the morning losing 10K. The stock has since dropped another 14% where I would have lost another $18K. I'm going to lay low for now. Earnings could be great, but since stock has risen into the earnings I'm inclined to hold nothing until earnings are released. I'm no genius, but I'd rather buy higher after earnings rather than risk a 5-6 % drop if Mr Putin decides to be a nice guy, or if theres any poor result on the earnings front or bad guidence etc. Sounds like u have ...more

I believe the stock price will not be as much influenced by the earnings, the main price impact will be by their upcoming feasibility study for Media Luna project. That can change investors perspective as they would no longer be just one mine producer with a limited number of production years. The study should be shared in Q1/2022. GLTA.
