Touchstone Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring interests in petroleum and natural gas rights and the exploration, development, production and sale of petroleum and natural gas. The Company is active in onshore properties located in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It operates Trinidad-based upstream petroleum and natural gas activities under state exploration and production licenses with the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI), Lease Operatorship Agreements (LOAs) with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited and private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners. Its main exploration focus is the Ortoire exploration block. The Ortoire exploration block covers about 44,731 gross acres on the east side of Trinidad. Its other exploration prospects include Royston, Coho, Cascadura, and Chinook. The Royston location is targeting a deep gas prospect with an estimated target depth of about 11,500 feet.

Before H2 2024 TXP is a Speculation NOT an Investment.

Lurk & Learns:

The following exchange is taken from the London Board. Where they discuss (update us) the timing of deliverables "owed" the market. It certainly requires PATIENCE as deliverables are contingent on the priorities of other players.

And while some may confuse this penny stock as an "investment" it does not change the FACT that TXP is still high risk speculation unless and until it transitions from a successful discovery penny stock to a proven producer in the second half of 2024.

While the guidance/forecast is for a more predictable gas production in H2 it still remains an expectation, with the increasing quarterly EPS the only yardstick suggested for "investors" & Lurk & Learns.

Thus (where XM pontificated is "the graveyard of Geologists") this is not an investment it is a speculation.

Anyways, what's worth remembering is that guidance remains the same for the full year; meaning the work with chokes etc. hasn't changed production plans. And that they forecast wells - new ones included - to perform. So that's 9.400 BOE's per day; 2K oil? and 48 mmcf gas. 40 million USD EBITDA? It's going to be a busy second half of 2024 for sure. Market cap 250 mio USD. One job... drill to fill. ASAP. (Or rather - sooner than that). P/E for H2 2024 is certainly appealing; 2025 will be even better. Question is how much it rerates before those new wells are hooked up.
