Stanley absolutely the questions posed I think indicate there might be a much bigger game at work here?   On building a camp my experience, in both Canada and Oz, is that building new facilities away from existing local small towns drains away a lot of the potential value added that oil or mining discoveries can have for the neighbours. Much better to tag on to an existing local village
