Starting to look like

Looks like we're back on track again. Buying on the dips has served me well. Another 9 cents  and I will sell some again because I'm carrying way too much in this stock right now . Evan with the additional delays according to Paul we should  have results next week or early the week after. I would hang tight with all my shares if I wasn't so ridiculously overweight in TXP.

The problem with the theory of being overweight in a portfolio is that it penalizes the winners in favour of the losers. That's why it's almost impossible to beat an index because they aren't being actively managed by so called pro's who are constantly re balancing by selling the winners.
