Almost all gas and oil plays are down today also. Wonder if Paul can turn this around on the 10th given the mixed bag of news given. Analysts have raised their targets and fair value has been raised at Morningstar . Many feel delays mean nothing but very rarely don't have a negative response in the market. Feel Paul has been in the background trying to speed things up by bringing in another (better) rig to keep up with original time lines

To be fair London set the tone and there were a London of liquidating IG players who paid their full margin so as to get the news uplift.  With the testing delay that uplift was missing so when you add those IG people who have to sell by 29th of March it was always going to be a down day. Anyway following Saturday and Sunday's detective work by Pro we know that the water flooded

Oh one bit I think Canadians might miss is that spreadbetting in the U.K. incurs no tax, zero! So that's why it's big, the interest charges are large as are the costs of borrowing the stock every three months and 76% of people loose money playing it but for those who do then some have made more than $1m tax free here in that last 9 months. Spreadbetting>?   Is there a corollary to the practice over in Canada?  Haven't heard of it except on the ADVFN  London Board, sounds more like a casino play than an investment tactic, but I'm not one to judge. Perhaps its the Tax Advantage that drives it esp, amongst the Wealthy...possibly?  In any event it does seem the British and European Money Markets are far
