Xavier on Facebook
If you are friends with him check out his latest post talking about El Furrial field in Venezuela and comparing it and its geology to Kraken. Very interesting.

Maybe I missed something but where is the reference to Kraken ?

Kraken Cretaceous rock is older around -66m bc the Venezuelan oilfield more like -20m bc and a different geological epoch. But is the real reference to the fact there may be other oil rich targets at depth in T&T. The Venezuelans only discovered the oil there in the late 1970s so it only goes to show what happens when you explore.

As we've proved already. The bread crumbs between Xaviers post about Venezuela and our projects are very wide apart but thanks for helping me make the leap. And we have the Guyana analog too, maybe the two converge at Kraken.

Xavier should be wondering what happened to the gas that disappeared in Chinook before he starts daydreaming on how to crack Kraken.

And if he spent all his time on Chinook and didn't have the next prospects evaluated and ready for drilling, you would criticize him for not being ready.
