BHP’s Ruby project is already on stream and Touchstone’s Coho field is due to come onstream in the third quarter 2021. Touchstone’s Cascadura and Chinook field are expected to come on line in the fourth quarter 2021.



(Interesting he mentions Chinook on production, timing looks OK of we believe it 4th Q 2021 ???)

So the Minister is expecting : Coho on line before end of September. Cascadura on line before year end. Chinook Cruse (testing) on line before year end.

Yeah I missed that - Maybe Cruse has had a good test.  Because Q4 2021 is too quick to drill up dip wells and those are supposed to produce oil and not gas (god willing).  Two reasons why Cruse might have an undiscolosed natural gas discovery. Or maybe he just mis-spoke and was talkign about the two cascadura wells (which is how I read it initially, but incorrectly).
