Point here, an updated 3R report as at Dec 31 2021 c\w a  possible "break up value" (PPS for TXP that could include Coho, Cascadura Complex & Royston Complex) no where near the $1.40 (for now?) that seems

whatever became of the Poison Pill option that was sometimes used...tbh, I haven't heard that term in a long while.  was it outlawed?

K: A Poison Pill or (Google) Shareholder Rights Plan (SRP) is one of the defensive options availible to be used by (say TXP)  after the "agressor" has declared their intentions. I believe that TXP has a SRP (see the Annual Report). Lets hope that the SRP is dusted off. i.e. Unless a "white knight" (no, not Shell; LOL) shows up to get TXP "out of a jam"

Again .. a big thanks , Stanley. Looking at that Trading Summary, there is an astounding amount of interest in TXP, for one reason or another. Time will tell.

Spthat I'm referring to.oofing is the activity  Spoofing as an (alleged) Form of Market Manipulation Recall; Proselenes reminds over ADVFN of the (possible) 9 mln
