From what I've read in the releases and my limited understanding of the oil industry in TT they need to do the same for completions and testing as they did for drilling, bring in outside expertse.  Seems the information changes daily with the short test periods and to many problems with the rig and equipment. creating slow to come information with inaccurate results.

Cynder:  They have the number 1 and most advanced completion team in Trinidad on he Royston well. I think it is Sclumberger but someone can correct me.  They are perfect for the completion, as expert as it gets. You need independent outside review of the well data to assign any reserves - but they have everything they need to test and complete the well. Optimally!

Very similar entry in yellow bound paperback titled  "Well completion for dummies".  They perforated zone 2 in early November.  They likely did the perforations for zoen 3 today, if not tomorrow. <drilling and casing happen together, best practices in today’s oil field have the perforation happening in tandem with the
