Reprise: Hydra Capital's "Fun With TXP's Numbers" (2020)
Lurk & Learns:
Sometimes a retrospective of past (third party) thinking could be of value to some of the more recent and\or potential TXP investors.
Paramout consideration c\should be given to what/how events evolved in the proximal Penal Barrackpore Syncline vis a vis the timing of the BG take over of Aventura and what if any replication might be (in the future) forthcoming for TXP? A possibility that should not the discounted based on (local & global) historical precedent. Whence Tier 3's do the heavy lifting and the deep pockets spend their "loose change" to "obstaclize" as part of a (subliminal) takeover strategy.
A visit to the UK boards this morning reminded me of some of the May 11 2020 expectation/promise of TXP...meaning after the 4.5\5 success with the exploration program; we got into the protracted monetization conundrum, whence in the face of "buffer shrinkage" TXP (viagrazation??) decided to got to the market in an attempt to (re?) gain a "six to nine" month jump on a move to development & production in the Ortoire Block.
Reprise of the Hydra Capital's "Fun With TXP's Numbers"
BWDIK? While\whereas Chinook might be on the back burner for now (gas turn to oil play) TXP's "promise" is the monetization of Cascadura A which is presently being projected for the end of Q1 2023. With sweeteners (Royston, etc) added in for good measure.
GLTAL GLAP Caveat Emptor
Cheers
