Speaking of Caps....

as seems the trend in economics parlance currently, has anyone seen the Cap on the sell side at the $1.26 level ...holding at 100.000 give or take ! for TXP , on the Cdn ( Toronto ) TSX Exchange . THe Market strength isn't there to breach it, and I'm not even sure why that wall was erected, but it does seem to have staunched whatever enthusiasm there may be or had been. Anyone have insight as to why this would have been erected as the logic escapes me. Maybe its a video war-games enthusiast.who has graduated to the Markets ?.. I just don't know !

Thank-you Stanley for your time preparing an excellent summary and clarifying the likely motivation with that elephant order. I had kind of thought something along your lines, but was missing the motive behind such style of pick-pocketing.   Now need to look-up SPT ( problem ) by PB towarde end of year. SPT ...what could that mean?

K: Need to go back a couple posts where we "politically" discussed Mr Lee's (TT Red House Energy Critic) commentary on the Dragon gas project vis a vis "first gas" .  PB made these comments at an Energy Fora (Picture of TXP reps posted on Twitter) currently/recently underway. His point being there is an inflection point that is detremental to TXP's income

Got it, the Supplemental Petroleum Tax..SPT...THe Trinidad Express article indicted it was up for a revision...hopefully that has been enacted ?.....to our benefit as a small producer at least currently, perhaps that is why PB xpressed concern about it, if we become not so small eventually.  Easy to see I am grasping to make sense of it all .!  Thanks Stanley for your assistance!

In this case Broker 14 expended ~200,000 shares today doing some price capping. With a NR expected any day now on the Royston Sidetrack spud. A look back on a monthly basis show that they have had some reason to participate in the TSX with some fractional
