First, it wasn't management that set the reserves... that would have been their independent analyst, GLJ. Second, decline rates are not necessarily indicative of structure size or recoverability.  Right now, it simply means they need a few more wells to drain the resevoir on their desired timeline.  As it has been explained, we have a dual porosity resevoir, at least in the area of
