Target of $ 1.00 by yearend 2025

Hi Tad.
I would agree with you if Paul can pull off the aquisition of the cenral block from Shell.
He dosn't have to have any friends in Canada to give him the money and dealing with a bank in Trinidad could even take a lot longer. There are no Analysts in Canada who cover this stock, there is
no information or oppinion about this aquisition and no numbers from Paul what it all means.

They won't borrow in Canada - if so they cannot deduct interest. Their current bank is in Trinidad and so all interest becomes deductible against Trinidad taxes, which are substantial. The net cost of borrowing is thus much lower.  Their lender is substantial with operations across Caribbean and large scale and sophistication.

Margin321 Thank you for your explaination about Taxes in Trinidad vs Canada. Lets just hope he can get the money to make this aquisition from Shell. Shell is not going to wait forever for this deal to close if TXP can't come up with the money in a timely fashion or they will look for somebody else.
